Quality is at the heart of everything we do - it’s the golden thread that runs through our global business.
It's our ability to consistently and reliably meet the expectations of our customers and the end consumer.
Procurement embodies all the William Grant & Sons values which underpin the drive to establish our company as a first choice partner with our supply base.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders from across the business, external stakeholders from malt suppliers to media agencies, and everyone in between, Procurement is uniquely placed to support and enable the business to meet its ambitious plans by unlocking value.
Our Customer Relations team is a dynamic team that strives to ensure our global customers experience the highest levels of service whilst ensuring their products are delivered ‘on time and in full’ in both domestic and travel retail channels.
The team networks and collaborates across the business, and works closely with our Planning and Commercial teams.
With more than 500 customers to serve, across nearly 200 markets, our Logistics team is an integral part of our Packaging & Supply Chain function.
The team manages all aspects of how orders are delivered to our customers worldwide, ensuring their expectations are met.
Our manufacturing operations are truly global.
We have five bottling hall sites across the globe where our great liquids are bottled and packaged ready for dispatch. Our biggest bottling facility is in Bellshill, Scotland, where we bottle and pack around 14million 9-litre cases each year. Our smallest bottling facility is in Mexico where we bottle Tequila Milagro.
Our Planning team embody the pioneering spirit and rare character of our business.
The team’s remit is vast and varied. Whether it’s analysing sales forecasts and projected demand in partnership with Commercial and Marketing, planning our complex production lines and sub-contractors, ensuring material is available ‘on time and in full’ to meet production dates, stocking our global hubs, or continuously improving our business processes and systems… no two days are ever the same for our Planning team.
Innovation has been a part of our DNA since William Grant opened the Glenfiddich distillery in 1887.
We have a long and proud history of embracing change, doing things differently, and succeeding as we go!
Our Technical team within Supply Chain are responsible for end-to-end high value technical change projects within the business.
These projects, often multi-million pound in value, range from the purchase and installation of new equipment, to supporting large build projects.
