We are looking for a permanent OBU Workstream Lead to lead the transformation of management reporting across the Operations Business Unit covering design of revised reporting requirements, definition of metrics and reporting process improvements.

Based from our Head Office in Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill where we bottle approximately 12 million cases of spirit every year, this role will support and enable the ambitious plans of a growing global spirits company with a portfolio of premium brands, including Glenfiddich, Hendricks Gin and Sailor Jerry rum to name but a few.

As a vital member of the team you will be involved in a variety of exciting projects which will include:

 

Lead the creation and sign off of the revised reporting requirements covering:

Creation of the revised reporting pack in conjunction with the relevant operational area leads.

Sign off of the revised reporting pack with functional lead, Executive Board member and Chairman.

Lead the documentation and definition of the metrics included within the revised reporting packs covering:

Definition of each individual metric and agree with the business.

Ensure that all metrics are documented within the metrics definition file.

Ensure that the metric definition file is always aligned to the most recent version of the reporting pack.

Drive reporting process improvements across the Operations functions to minimise inefficiency and drive greater consistency.

Lead the process of embedding the new reporting framework back into the OBU, ensuring that all stakeholders are regularly engaged in the process.

Regularly update the relevant Executive team members on implementation progress. Updates to the Chairman will also be required on occasion.

Work alongside the other Optimis work stream leads to ensure consistency of approach and alignment of key interdependencies.

Ensure sufficient control processes are in place throughout the project to facilitate delivery of the objectives and mitigate the risk of scope creep.

Deliver a clear communication plan for the Operations business unit and ensure that this is cascaded across all relevant parties.

Lead, motivate and develop the Operations Finance Analyst in line with the Company Values to maximise employee engagement.

You should have FMCG experience,  strong leadership experience, interpersonal and influencing skills & experience of managing change in a complex environment
